Going to Central MTR to change to Disneyland line. We managed to get out of the hotel by 9:45AM, good job us!
Purchasing our Disneyland tickets at the MTR station, because it's much more convenient and there is no queue at all. Please please purchase your tickets before you even reach Disneyland, it's gonna be full of crazy queuing and the weather is so hot.
On Mickey train! Before boarding this train, I actually got pushed by a little girl from China because she was rushing into the train to find a seat. I can never forget how she was wearing neon green all over, looking pretty much like a round tennis ball. Bleah to you for pushing me!!

This long queue was our first challenge!!!
Blazing hot sun alternated with moments of light rain made us get a Toy Story umbrella... The weather is crazy.
So after what seemed like a thousand years under the hot sun, it was finally our turn...! Totally no regret queuing almost 2 hours for this memorable moment.. :)

We watched the Gold Mickey Awards, it was narrated in Cantonese though.

Went for this river cruise thing, pretty lame...
The cruise host was quite funny though.
We survived 2 consecutive rides on the Grizzly Bear coaster!!! But we felt really giddy after that hahahha.
Soon it got dark and we settled down for some popcorn and soda. Went for this Stitch talk show and it was stupid as well. I think everyone went for it because it was pouring outside. The rain came so suddenly!!
The castle in the dark... Everyone was huddling under their umbrellas waiting for the fireworks. The rain came and go so often, everyone was just hoping and hoping the rain will stop in time for the fireworks. Alas, too bad.. There were no fireworks. What queer weather, I can't deny that we were very disappointed there was no fireworks display. Afterall, this is the first time I'm at Disneyland... :((
Decided to head back to the hotel for some hot piping instant noodles in our new Mickey bowls!! Bought back quite a bit of souvenir from the Disneyland shops, even printed photos of us too!
Really really enjoyed my day at Disneyland despite the weird weather.. It's amazing how Disney can still bring so much magic into our everyday lives. No wonder they say Disneyland is the happiest place on Earth, don't you agree? ^^ Anyway, read my Hong Kong Day 1 & 2 HERE if you've missed it! :D
